Commercial Improvement Contracting Exam Prep Course

This is an Instructor led Exam Prep class which spans two half days. Friday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am-1:00pm.   We have live classes at our office in Richmond, VA or you can join via Webinar.  You will need to order the CIC Book Bundle. Tabs are NOT included in the bundle, you can purchase it from this link: TABS for CIC Exam Prep. Note that tabs are not sold separately, you have to register to the class.

The Virginia Commercial Improvement Contractor Exam is an OPEN BOOK exam.  We will tab and highlight all of the material on the following books that you are allowed to bring into the exam:

  4. Virginia Safety
  5. International Building Code 2012 Edition
  6. Modern Masonry - Brick, Block, Stone, Clois E. Kicklighter, 8 th edition
  7. Gypsum Construction Handbook, 7th edition, 2014
  8. Design and Control of Concrete Mixtures 15th edition

Exam:

The Virginia CIC Exam is 50 questions - 120 Minutes
